- SHIPPING POLICY
Retail Orders
Here at Outlaw Gear, customer service is our focus. Once you place an order
you will receive your merchandise within 21 working days after payment of
order has been approved. If for any reason you are not satisfied you may
return your merchandise within 30 days for a full refund,
less shipping costs.
Wholesale Orders
Customer service is very important to us. Wholesale orders are available to
retail businesses only. By placing a wholesale order you are agreeing to
these terms:
- All wholesale orders are final.
- No returns unless item or items are
damaged in shipping. Damaged goods must be returned within 30 days of
receipt of order to get refund.
- Order will be received within 14 working
days after payment of order has been approved.
- RETURN POLICY
Outlaw Gear has 30 days to refund any money owed.
